Skylight Funding Solution is a bespoke home and commercial loan mortgage brokerage based in Mont Albert, Victoria, servicing Balwyn, Kew, Doncaster, and surrounding areas. We also assist clients across all states of Australia.

Founded by Ashley Fan, Skylight Funding Solution was created to simplify the lending process for time-poor professionals and business owners, cutting through bank jargon and delivering clear, tailored lending solutions.

Before founding Skylight, I spent over a decade at ANZ, supporting businesses with turnovers from $500K to $500M and arranging lending from $1 to $50M. This breadth of experience has given me deep insight into business finance across industries and stages of growth.

While many brokers offer commercial lending, few have in-depth expertise in complex areas like cash flow lending, non-recourse loans, unsecured funding, and working capital solutions. My background allows me to confidently navigate these specialised areas and tailor funding strategies to each client’s needs.

I understand the nuances of each bank’s policies, appetite, strengths, and weaknesses, managing the entire banking tender process so you don’t waste time engaging multiple banks or deciphering inconsistent offers. I provide clear, strategic advice, ensuring you secure the right structure at the right price.
